GASTRO IVENT 2023 in Bremen

GASTRO IVENT is the most important meeting place for representatives and trade visitors from the catering, hotel and retail sectors, as well as mass catering in northwest Germany. In Halls 6 and 7 of the Bremen Exhibition Center, exhibitors present the latest products, concepts and current trends from the catering industry and provide impetus for future topics. Since 2014, GASTRO IVENT has offered a platform for negotiations and information exchange at eye level. From start-ups to SMEs to conglomerates, exhibitors from all over the world are represented and present products from the following areas:

• Hardware and software, such as point-of-sale systems, apps and social media solutions
• innovative convenience products, as well as regional, often handcrafted premium foods and beverages consulting, edutainment, networking
• Cooking accessories, technology and equipment for the catering industry

Due to the date shift, GASTRO IVENT will take place in January 2023 as a Special Edition alone without fish international, Germany's only trade fair for fish and seafood, which otherwise runs in parallel. From 2024, the two trade fairs will be held together as usual.
