DOMOTEX 2023 in Hannover

In 2023, the 33rd edition of DOMOTEX will be held at the Hannover Exhibition Center. It is the world's most important trade fair for carpets and floor coverings and provides a comprehensive overview of the season's trends. Manufacturers and importers present everything from handmade carpets to machine-made woven carpets, and invite visitors to special shows featuring lifestyle and brand-oriented suppliers.

After a pandemic-related hiatus, DOMOTEX is launching with a new concept. The central theme FLOORED BY NATURE stands for a new awareness of values and advocates a more conscious and mindful use of resources and the increased use of natural materials. With the return to nature, the fair wants to create a path to sustainable and healthy materials in our living spaces. At the special area THE GREEN COLLECTION, the guiding theme FLOORED BY NATURE will be presented in the form of extraordinary stagings and innovative products, making it an extremely interesting contact point for interior decorators, architects, designers, influencers, trade press and simply anyone who wants to find out more about sustainability. In addition, the area features a conference program, a presentation corner for universities and institutes, and a catering area.

Further innovations are the two exhibition themes Rugs and Flooring, as well as an adapted hall structure to facilitate orientation.

The three focus themes in addition to the main theme are:

In addition, visitors can look forward to the international Carpet Design Awards (CDA) from COVER and HALI.
