FMX 2023 in Stuttgart

FMX is one of the most important conferences for animation, games, effects and immersive media. Started in 1994 as an exchange fair for students of the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, the event has developed into the internationally renowned FMX - Film and Media Exchange. Every year, up to 300 top speakers from around the world present and discuss the latest trends and developments as well as innovative concepts from the digital entertainment industry. Following the conference days, a comprehensive online offering will be available on April 28, 2023.

In addition to the conference, visitors can also visit the FMX Forum. There, various workshops, masterclasses and company suites will provide information on the latest insights from international companies. The Recruiting Hub and the School Campus for young creatives round out the offerings.

In 2022, the 26th edition of FMX also took place in a hybrid format. The focus was on people and projects that contribute to the development and change of media and entertainment production.
