Information for Exhibitors and Visitors

SÜFFA is one of the most important trade events in the meat industry. Here, the biggest market leaders in the industry come together and exhibit on the areas of production, sales and store equipment. The focal points of the offerings include food and beverages, kitchen technology, sales promotion and advertising, store equipment and facilities, food safety and hygiene, raw materials and semi-finished products for production, and work and operating technology. The popular SÜFFA Specials offer events on the topics of game & hunting and delicatessen, and invite visitors to a special show of farm and pasture slaughtering and the stage for trends and innovations.

In 2021 the 25th edition of the trade fair took place. More than 170 exhibitors presented the latest products and trends from the meat industry to around 4,800 visitors. The enormous success of the trade fair was due, among other things, to the large number of trade visitors.
