The Travemünder Woche is a regatta and sailing festival that takes place every year in July. Since 1889 the event inspires with its unique mixture of sailing and festival. Visitors can expect not only a sailing program with world, European and German championships, classic boat classes, modern water sports, but also an entertaining festival program with art, culinary delights and great party. A particularly popular highlight of the "most beautiful regatta week in the world" are the Trave Races in the Trave Sailing Arena, which have been held since 2010.
