ARTMUC Herbst München 2024

ARTMUC is Bavaria's largest discovery fair and sales platform for contemporary art. The event focuses on the promotion and visibility of artists and the presentation of Munich as a city of art and culture.

For its 10th anniversary, ARTMUC 2023 presented over 180 international exhibitors, including contemporary artists, galleries and projects with current works in various styles. A novelty was the cooperation with the Kunst & Antiquitäten München trade fair, which took place at the same time. Highlights included "Functional Art and Design" in collaboration with Ute Hartmann from the "Contact Art & Design" agency, the creative contributions of design students from the Munich Design School in the Communication Design department and the homage collections by Viennese jewelry manufacturer Freywille, inspired by Monet, Hundertwasser, Klimt and van Gogh. The Kolibri Art Cabinet of the Kolibri Intercultural Foundation presented social projects and artists such as Niaz Naseri from Afghanistan, while Christina Elsässer from the Allgäu presented her digitally created surreal worlds.
