Augsbuch 2025 in Augsburg

Augsbuch 2025, the Augsburg Book Fair with the motto “Find Your Own Story,” will take place on November 8, 2025, at the exhibition center in Augsburg. The event is aimed at literature enthusiasts, book lovers, self-publishers, and small publishers, and creates a space for exchange, inspiration, and creative impulses outside the mainstream.

The focus will be on the following main topics:

• Presentations by over 80 exhibitors, including authors, publishers, and creative service providers
• Around 42 readings from a wide variety of genres
• Workshops on writing, creativity, and editing
• Book signings and a meet & greet with an actress from Die Schule der Magischen Tiere (The School of Magical Animals)
• Treasure hunt for children & interactive stories, as well as competitions and goodies

The book fair expects over 80 exhibitors – from self-publishers to publishers and service providers – offering a diverse cross-section of the literary scene. In addition to readings and book signings, workshops on novel writing, creativity techniques, and editing, as well as a meet & greet with well-known figures from children's literature, will provide a variety of highlights.
