BUCHBERLIN, Berlin's book fair, is a central event for the independent literary world and offers a unique experience. The concept is based on affordable booth fees for exhibitors, low admission costs for guests, free admission for children and many free readings. Here, visitors can discover unique books not found everywhere and engage in inspiring conversations with over 300 publishers and writers. At BUCHBERLIN, the focus is on reading and writing enthusiasm as well as personal exchange.

Already since 2016, the BUCHBERLIN conference for small publishers and writers has been held as part of the fair. This offers continuing education workshops and lectures that are both informative and inexpensive.
