Information for Exhibitors and Visitors

Country Messe Erfurt 2025 will take place from October 2 to 5, 2025 in the Erfurt exhibition halls and is considered Europe's largest country music fair. Over four days, visitors will experience a total of 60 live acts on three stages, including international artists such as Sipke Visser (NL), Robert Ross (AUS) and Sheyna Gee (USA).

Main themes of the fair:

Live music with international country artists
Line dance workshops and demonstrations
Shopping zone with country-related products
Culinary highlights from the BBQ event truck
Additional event: Line-Dance-Nashville-Day on October 2

The fair opens daily at 10:00 am, with live music starting at 11:00 am and lasting until 10:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays and until 7:00 pm on Sundays. On October 2, the additional Line Dance Nashville Day starts at 2:30 pm. Tickets are available in advance, with free admission for children up to the age of 14 when accompanied by a full-paying adult.
