Spielemesse Hamburg 2025

The Hamburg Game Fair 2025 will take place from November 28 to 30, 2025, at the Hamburg Messe (East Entrance) and is aimed at all gaming enthusiasts – from families to hobby and professional gamers to comic and trading card fans. The public fair focuses on analog gaming as a counterpoint to the digital world. Visitors can expect a wide variety of board games, party games, educational games, knowledge games, role-playing games, and movement games, as well as comics and fan merchandise.

The focus will be on the following main topics:

• Board games and party games, from classics to new releases
• Educational and knowledge games, research and movement games
• Role-playing games, trading cards, and comics
• Freely accessible play areas, tournaments, and challenges
• Retailer stands, author meetings, and merchandise offers

An extensive supporting program with promotions, competitions, tournaments, and community events ensures a lively atmosphere at the fair. The organizers describe the event as Germany's northernmost major gaming fair, with the aim of bringing the joy of analog gaming to life in a so-called “digital detox.”

The last edition (2024) attracted around 8,700 visitors, 50 exhibitors, and an exhibition area of approximately 6,000 m². The hall offers plenty of space for trying out, buying, and gathering information—ideal for game presentations, publisher contacts, and fan meetings.
