ISM 2025 in Köln

ISM is the leading international trade fair for confectionery and snacks. With top-class exhibitors and expert visitors, the trade fair offers unique impulses and innovations. The congress "#CONNECT2030 in transition" will turn the global spotlight on the future of the confectionery and snack industry.

1,427 exhibitors from 74 countries took part in ISM 2024, 88% of whom came from abroad. This included 172 exhibitors from Germany and 1,255 exhibitors from abroad. More than 30,000 trade visitors came from more than 140 countries, with the foreign share of 70% being as high as usual.
