The Munich Real Estate Fair Autumn 2025 will take place on October 11 and 12, 2025 in the TonHalle München in the up-and-coming Werksviertel-Mitte district. As a central platform for residential real estate in Munich and the surrounding area, the fair is aimed at prospective buyers, investors and industry players. With around 40 exhibitors - including leading property developers, estate agents and financial service providers - the event offers a comprehensive overview of current real estate offers and financing options.
