BERUFSBILDUNG 2025 in Nürnberg

BERUFSBILDUNG 2025 will take place from December 8 to 11, 2025, at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center under the motto “Find out what you're made of” and is one of Germany's most important career orientation and continuing education fairs. It is aimed at students, parents, teachers, educational institutions, and company representatives, and combines practical trade fair offerings with a specialist congress for education professionals.

The focus is on the following main topics:

• Training companies, school-based and dual training and continuing education
• Continuing education and training options (e.g., distance learning institutes, educational institutions)
• Dual studies, universities, and vocational academies
• Consulting, coaching, learning and work tools (hardware, software, specialist literature)
• Chambers, associations, ministries, and authorities as education stakeholders

BERUFSBILDUNG offers four days of hands-on activities, live demonstrations, workshops, and forums—from job application training and career orientation to practical career fields—as well as special offerings for parents on “Long Wednesday.” The Bavarian Vocational Training Congress takes place at the same time, featuring expert discussions on training policy, inclusion, digitalization, and innovative teaching concepts, aimed at teachers, education professionals, and administrators.

With over 300 exhibitors on around 24,000 m² and almost 60,000 visitors at the last event, BERUFSBILDUNG is considered the largest event of its kind in the German-speaking world.
