BIOFACH 2025 in Nürnberg

BIOFACH is the world's premier trade fair for organic food and is held annually at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center. It began in Ludwigshafen in 1990 and has become a permanent fixture in the global exhibition landscape since then.

The fair showcases everything related to organic food, including beverages and non-food organic products. It is held in conjunction with VIVANESS, the International Trade Fair for Natural Cosmetics, and attracts not only industry players but also representatives from politics, NGOs, associations, VIPs, and other public figures.

The fair features a wide range of products, such as fresh produce, frozen products, dry products for cooking and baking, snacks and sweets, beverages, non-food items, and technology and equipment. Additionally, it hosts the BIOFACH Congress, which focuses on topics like transformation, global crisis management, food security, and the connection between organic agriculture and the future.

BIOFACH 2024 was visited by over 35,000 trade visitors from 128 countries, who were impressed by the variety of products presented by the 2,550 exhibitors from 94 countries. Program highlights included the Unpacked product area, the Agriculture Forum in the Congress, the new HoReCa - GV & Gastro meeting point, the SustainableFutureLab and numerous workshops. The main themes of the 2024 event were climate protection, sustainability and global food security issues.
