Speis & Trank 2025 in Stuttgart

Speis & Trank 2025 is an annual gourmet fair for hand-picked specialties at the Alte Kelter Fellbach (near Stuttgart) and will take place on November 8 and 9, 2025. Since its first event in 2018, it has offered gourmets the opportunity to taste regional and international delicacies, organic products, and fine beverages live and purchase them directly from manufacturers. The medieval atmosphere of the wine press lends the event a special charm.

Main themes of Speis & Trank 2025:

• Delicatessen & manufactured products: handmade specialties from regional businesses
• Wine, craft beer & spirits: selection of exquisite beverages for tasting
• Food culture trends: innovations such as cold-pressed oils, vermouth, and unusual combinations
• Direct exchange with makers: producers, winemakers, and distillers present their products in person

The fair comprises around 70 exhibitors on approximately 2,500 m² of exhibition space and welcomes around 6,500 visitors annually – a mix of food lovers, gourmets, and private and commercial buyers.
