Immobilientage Augsburg 2026

The Real Estate Days Augsburg 2026 will take place from January 30 to February 1, 2026 at the Augsburg Exhibition Center and is considered southern Germany's largest real estate fair for private investors. Since its first event in 1988, the Real Estate Days have offered a comprehensive platform for topics relating to building, planning, renovating, living and financing. In 2025, the trade fair counted over 30,000 visitors and presented more than 120 exhibitors on an exhibition area of 14,000 m².

The Real Estate Days take place in parallel with A\FAIR, the VOLT Future Mobility trade fair, CREATIVMESSE Augsburg and the intersana health trade fair, giving visitors access to several events with one ticket.
