DGU Kongress 2026 in Düsseldorf

The Congress of the German Society of Urology (DGU Congress) is the third largest congress in urology worldwide. This year, the 78th annual meeting of the DGU will take place at the CCH Congress Center Hamburg. Under the congress motto "Knowledge creates evidence, healing and innovation", a special focus will be placed on precision medicine, environmental protection in the healthcare system and the empowerment of women in urology.

The supporting program consists of over 100 events dealing with the latest findings in urology. Cancer of the prostate and bladder, as well as urinary stone disease and pediatric urological diseases are among the topics covered at this year's congress. In addition to award ceremonies, such as the Urology 2026 Media Prize, visitors can look forward to exciting interdisciplinary plenary sessions by, among others, Prof. Dr. Gerhard Ehninger, one of Germany's best-known oncologists and haematologists, and Prof. Dr. h.c. Jutta Allmendinger, President of the Social Science Research Center Berlin. The DGU is expecting more than 6,000 national and international trade visitors in 2026.
