370GRAD 2026 is an exclusive trade fair and business platform for decision-makers from the hotel, restaurant, and catering industries, taking place from March 13 to 16, 2026, at the Empire Riverside Hotel in Hamburg. It has evolved from the former “Gastro Vision” trade fair and offers an exclusive atmosphere for innovation, networking, and product launches from all areas of the hospitality industry.

The event will focus on the following main topics:

• Foodservice & catering concepts, including innovations in the areas of cuisine, snacks, menu design, and service solutions
