GenussGipfel 2026 in Hamburg

GenussGipfel 2026 will take place on January 11 and 12, 2026, as part of Nordstil Winter at the Hamburg Exhibition Center (Hall B2.OG) and is establishing itself as the central networking and trade platform for the German delicatessen and gourmet food industry. Under the new management of Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH, the GenussGipfel brings together manufacturers, retailers, and trade visitors from the catering, wine, and spirits trade, as well as the specialty and gourmet segments.

The focus is on the following main topics:

• Delicatessen & fine foods – artisan specialties from Germany and abroad (fish, sausage, cheese, jams, and much more)
• Spices, oils & vinegars – aromatic ingredients for fine dining
• Beverages & spirits – wine, sparkling wine, spirits, juices, and niche beverages
• Innovations & trends – new products, start-ups, and product developments in the gourmet sector
• Networking, awards & expert dialogue – selection of the product of the year, delicacy of the year, industry discussions

The GenussGipfel is one of the industry's established meeting places: around 100 exhibitors present their products and innovations, and over 400 trade visitors take the opportunity to exchange ideas and expand their product ranges.

In addition to the extensive product presentation, the highlights include the selection of the “Product of the Year” by qualified trade visitors and the selection of the “Delicacy of the Year” by members of Corpus Culinario e. V. – complemented by tastings, practical discussions, and an exclusive supporting program that brings together brands, retailers, and restaurateurs.
