INTERGASTRA 2026 in Stuttgart

INTERGASTRA is the leading international trade fair for the hotel and catering industry. With an area of 115,000 m² in the 10 halls of Messe Stuttgart, it is the largest industry meeting place in Germany. Every two years, around 1,300 exhibitors provide the almost 88,000 trade visitors from 98 countries with a complete overview of all innovations, technologies and trends from the catering and hotel industry. Visitors can not only view the products, but also sample them and obtain information about interesting services.

GELATISSIMO, the trade fair for artisan ice cream, and the IKA/Culinary Olympics will take place at the same time as INTERGASTRA 2026.

At the last INTERGASTRA 2024, innovative industry representatives, organizations and companies once again showcased their latest products. Over 100 talks, keynote speeches by top speakers and numerous workshops rounded off the program. Special highlights were the keynotes by Billy Wagner and Anton Schmaus, who discussed the challenges facing the industry and took a look into the future of the sector at the industry event "Chef-Sache".
