XR EXPO 2026 in Stuttgart

XR EXPO 2026 will take place for the first time on April 28 and 29, 2026, at the Messe Stuttgart exhibition center and is the leading trade fair for extended reality (XR) in the B2B sector. Together with the Virtual Dimension Center (VDC), it is aimed at specialists and executives from industry, healthcare, construction, trade, and crafts, as well as technology and content providers.

The focus is on the following main topics:

• Applications of virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR) in industry, architecture, and healthcare
• XR hardware, sensor technology, tracking systems, and input technologies
• Software solutions, platforms, simulations, and data integration
• Training, education, and the world of work 4.0 with XR technologies
• Digitalization, business models, and networking in the XR context

Around 75 exhibitors from over 25 countries are expected to attend the 2026 edition, which will cover an exhibition area of approximately 1,500 m². The event is aimed at over 1,500 trade visitors, many of whom are decision-makers, developers, and project managers. The highlight is the move to the exhibition center in Stuttgart, which for the first time will offer a larger infrastructure and international reach.
