GELATISSIMO 2028 in Stuttgart

GELATISSIMO 2028, the leading trade fair for artisan ice cream north of the Alps, will take place from February 12 to 16, 2028, at Messe Stuttgart, offering manufacturers, ice cream parlor operators, catering businesses, and trade visitors an exclusive platform for innovation, technology, and enjoyment in the ice cream sector.
