Role Purpose
The hostess will greet and host guests, serve refreshments, and maintain a professional and well-kept booth environment during the exhibition.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Hosting
• Greet visitors warmly and ensure they feel welcomed at the booth.
• Serve food, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks, and refreshments to guests in a professional way.
• Guide visitors to seating areas or connect them with company representatives as needed.
Booth Maintenance
• Keep the bar and tables clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Ensure food and beverage supplies are replenished regularly.
• Clear empty glasses, plates, and rubbish promptly.

Equipment & Supplies
• Fill and empty the dishwasher as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and in storage areas.
• Ensure and keep track of all the cutlery and crockery, make sure they are stocked and available.

Conduct & Appearance
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor at all times.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards while handling food and beverages.
• Ensure uniform or dress code is neat, clean, and appropriate for the exhibition.

Dress Code
• Black trousers with a white shirt, or
• A pantsuit with a white blouse.
A smart, professional appearance is expected at all times.

• Fluent English
• Fluent German
