We, Red Rock Publishers, are looking for professional bilingual Trade Show Representatives (m/f/d) to support our booth at the Book Fair.

We are a book publishing company based in the USA.

What we need:

Booth Preparation Assistance:
Please note that we do not need professional booth construction or full booth setup services. We need assistance with light manual and organizational tasks, such as unpacking materials, arranging books and promotional items, placing brochures, preparing the booth area, and similar supporting activities.

Fair Days Support:
Support throughout the exhibition days at our booth.

Representative Requirements:

Trade Show Representatives (m/f/d)

Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
Professional trade fair/exhibition experience
Confident communication skills
Ability to welcome and engage visitors
Ability to explain our publishing services to authors, publishers, and industry professionals
Proactive approach for visitor engagement
Lead generation and collection of business contacts
Comfortable representing our publishing company independently
Able to work together as a team and effectively manage booth activities
Experience with book fairs, publishing events, or similar exhibitions
Professional business appearance
