team. Their duties will include:
• Wear the companies branded
t-shirt and walk around the
expo
• Handing out literature
• Driving traffic to the stand
• Promoting the brand
• Meet and greet visitors to the
stand
• Reception duties
• Data capture
• Handing out literature
• Collecting business cards
• Ensuring the stand is kept neat
and tidy
• Light hospitality duties
• Manning the registration area
• Being always friendly,
outgoing, professional and
proactive Event Hostesses /
Brand Ambassadors
• Work well as a team and
support one another
