Standing for long periods of time, ensuring meetings stay on schedule, frequently walk around to make sure all meeting operations are running smoothly, ensure meeting spaces are clean (wipe down lounge areas when the meetings are slow, assist with staff refreshing items if needed, Assist with questions/directions for attendees within the booth, provide support to attendees that need assistance/access into the event). Line management and check in/out of devices. As you will also occasionally be talking to customers, fluent English is a must and other language skills are an advantage. We expect you to look smart in black trousers and a white shirt, or in a trouser suit and white blouse.
