Leona diligently completed her assigned tasks and was a great help to our event. Since she has already worked for us a few times and already knows our location, we would have wished for a bit more "pepp" and speed. A point that unfortunately does not work for us is to talk to our "in-house staff" about hourly wages and to badmouth the work in our company. This is very unprofessional and creates unrest in our team. Nevertheless, we would book you again but explicitly point this out again.

As always, Leona was punctual at work, neatly dressed, very diligent and helpful to guests and colleagues. Thank you, see you next time.

Leona was great, always double-checked with our community manager when in doubt, was punctual and super friendly. Opportunity for improvement - when asking guests to write down their name/email etc. double check what they have written, since some entries were extremely hard to read. Other than that we could well imagine to have her on an event again.
