From our locations LSL Leipzig and LSL Boston, 60 competent employees serve around 600 major customers in Germany and abroad - including international corporations, government agencies and academic libraries.
For the operation of our two area bookstores, the direct sale to about 600 publishing houses and the support of the book tables at about 900 readings and signings at the Leipzig Book Fair 2016, we needed almost 200 people. Our experiences with InStaff are very good. The platform offers high transparency, the conditions are monitored clearly. When i didn't come any further with choosing the staff, i immediately received help per call. The communication with InStaff is super. Within the wide timeframe of availability, i actually always reached someone or get called back very promptly. Once a hostess had to cancel the evening before, due to illness, and InStaff found a replacement within a few hours. The payment deadline (7 days) is a bit short for our transfer intervals (3 times a month).
