A few tips for your hostess selection

  • Language proficiencies: Add to your jobdescripton the language skills you expect. Just a basic understanding in english or should the hostess be business fluent? List if a language proficiency is nice to have or a must for your job.
  • Outfit: The typical outfit for every hostess / host is business: white blouse / shirt, black pants and black shoes. If you expect a different outfit or dress, describe it in advance and if possible add a picture.
  • Qualifications: If the hostesses are part of your marketing and sales team and are expected to explain your product / service to your potential customers, than you should compare the different working experiences as well as educational backgrounds. Please also make sure, that you beforehand (or at the first exhibition day) you have the time to give the hostesses an introduction into your product and company.
  • Job Description: The hosts and hostesses like to know about the job and the company in advance. Please take some minutes of your time to draft your job description so that you will receive a great selection of available hostesses who are interested into your job.
  • Costs: The wages and therefore prices of the hostess staff depend on the qualification level. Most hostesses expect about 13 € per hour, therefore the total cost (excluding taxes, including our service fee of 43 %) is 18.59 € per hour. There are no additional fees for travel expenses, lodging, etc.
