We used InStaff several times to book hostesses. It's actually running quite well and uncomplicated on the portal. Important is the backup staff, in case someone cancels, because unfortunately it is a quite common case with hostesses. (5 stars on )

Our experiences with InStaff are very good. The platform offers high transparency, the conditions are monitored clearly. When i didn't come any further with choosing the staff, i immediately received help per call. The communication with InStaff is super. Within the wide timeframe of availability, i actually always reached someone or get called back very promptly. Once a hostess had to cancel the evening before, due to illness, and InStaff found a replacement within a few hours. The payment deadline (7 days) is a bit short for our transfer intervals (3 times a month).   • Within a few hours you receive a staff selection with approximately 10 applicants per job and you can select the right Hostesses / Exhibition hostesses yourself.
  • The booked Hostesses enter into an employment relationship with InStaff and in case of illness we will provice replacement staff free of charge.
  • After your event, we will send you an invoice that includes the gross wage plus our 43 % service fee - there are no additional costs.
