Fangamer is a video game merchandise company with one goal: To celebrate our favourite games with the kind of merchandise we want to own.

We are looking for friendly and professional event staff to support our merchandise booth at Gamescom 2026.

As a sales assistant, you advise customers competently and friendly, present goods attractively and ensure smooth sales processes.

Your tasks will include:
- Handling sales and running a cash register/cashless payment terminal
- Promoting email newsletter sign-ups
- Fetching merchandise and restocking goods
- Supporting customer service (in English and German)

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and German
- Dress code: Plain, non-image or no logo shirt/top (plaid, stripes, patterns, etc. are OK), sneakers/comfortable shoes

The ideal candidate:
- is interested in games
- is outgoing and a team player
- has experience working in a busy and fast paced setting

*There is a (paid) training session prior to the event. Attendance is mandatory.*
