Für die Halloweenparty im Enchilada in Aalen benötigen wir eine Person, die tagsüber beim Dekorieren hilft (es muss nichts Schweres getragen etc. werden, sondern nur leichte Dekoarbeiten, wie Dinge aufhängen oder aufstellen) und die Abends Ticketscan und Abendkasse macht.
Zeiten:
- Dekorieren ca. 11 bis 17 Uhr
- Kasse von 22- ca 2 Uhr

Die Gäste des Events kaufen 1 Ticket und haben damit Eintritt frei in allen teilnehmenden Clubs und Getränkespecials in den jeweiligen Bars. In der ersten Location, die die Gäste am Abend besuchen, scannen wir ihr Ticket und tauschen es gegen ein Bändchen, mit welchem man sich frei in den teilnehmenden Locations bewegen kann.
Hierzu bräuchten wir Personen, die folgende Aufgaben übernehmen: Scannen von Tickets, Verkauf von Abendkassenkarten, Beantworten von Rückfragen zum Event.
Ihr steht entweder an einer der teilnehmenden Bars oder in einem der teilnehmenden Clubs. Die Eingangsbereiche der Clubs und Bars sind teilweise im Freien.
Die Locations öffnen zwischen 20 und 23 Uhr. Wir treffen uns zentral in unserem Büro in der Stuttgarter Innenstadt zum Briefing: Um 19 Uhr, um 21.30 Uhr und um 22 Uhr. Die genaue Startzeit jedes Mitarbeiters klären wir in der Einsatzbesprechung. Der Einsatz geht für jeden ca. 5 Stunden.
