„Wir haben mit einem Team von ca. 20 Mitarbeitern unter Führung der sehr netten und kompetenten Franziska ca. 700 Gäste mit Essen und Trinken auf einer Veranstaltung bedient. Zu Beginn habe ich mit den Kollegen alle Vorbereitungen, wie Kisten hochtragen und die Getränke in den Kühlschrank stellen, durchgeführt. Danach habe ich hinter der Theke als Barmann Getränke eingeschränkt und Kunden bedient. Anschließend habe ich gekellnert, abgeräumt, Bestellungen aufgenommen und serviert. Am Ende habe ich auch beim Abbau mit angepackt.“

Ich habe den Gästen sowohl Appetizer auf dem Tablett angeboten, Portionen vom Ochsen vom Spieß ausgegeben als auch Abräumarbeiten erledigt.
