„Als Hostess der Firma "Burmester" auf der diesjährigen High End in München, war ich für der Kundenempfang sowie das Catering zuständig. Daher waren meine Aufgaben dieser vier Tage die Kunden am Stand zu begrüßen, auf die Neuigkeiten der Firma aufmerksam zu machen und mögliche Fragen zu beantworten. Der Großteil der Arbeitszeit bestand darin sowohl die Kunden als auch die Mitarbeiter der Firma mit ausreichend Kaffee, weiteren Getränken und Snacks zu versorgen. Vor Messenbeginn putzte ich die Oberflächen des Standes und sorgte dafür, dass die nötigen Materialien für das Catering ausreichend zur Verfügung stehen und füllte Snackschalen auf. Zwischendurch ging es für mich auch in die Waschküche, um benutztes Geschirr abzuwaschen. Insgesamt stand ich durchgängig im Kundenkontakt, sowohl nationale als auch internationale Kunden, und sorgte für deren Wohl und eine angenehme Atmosphäre während der Meetings. “
