„Hier habe ich an einer telefonischen Sprachstudie teilgenommen, die aus 16 Gesprächen in 4 Stunden zu vorgegebenen Themen bestanden, die aufgenommen wurden.
Dabei handelte es sich um fiktive Callcenter-Situation mit unterschiedlichen Themen in den Bereichen Bank, Fluglinien, Essen, Shopping, Gesundheit, Tourismus, etc.
Ich habe die Rolle des Kundenbetreuers übernommen und stets dafür gesorgt, dass wir am Ende zu einer für den Kunden zufriedenstellenden Lösung gekommen sind.
Für jeden Anruf gab es eine Startfrage für den "Kunden", warum er/sie beim jeweiligen CallCenter (Bank, Geschäft, etc) anruft.
Bei diesem Projekt handelt es sich um eine internationale Kommunikationsinitiative, um Sprachassistenztechnologie mit Sprachaufnahmen in regionalen und lokalen Dialekten zu verbessern. Dadurch soll die Interaktion zwischen Mensch und Technologien und vor allem der Alltag von Menschen mit Behinderung verbessert werden.
Ich habe diesen Einsatz mit großer Begeisterung und Offenheit ausgeführt. Ich bin sehr dankbar, für die Chance zum Erfolg dieses für die Menschheit wertvollen Projekts beitragen zu dürfen. “
