Für die Durchführung von Mystery Shoppings sind wir auf der Suche nach engagierten und zuverlässigen Mystery Testern (m/w/d) aus Krefeld und Umgebung.
Getestet wird die Qualität der Beratung in einem Kundencenter.
Ein Mystery Shopping dauert ungefähr 30 Minuten. Die Bewertung des Mystery Shoppings nimmt ebenfalls etwa 30 Minuten in Anspruch. Hinzu kommt der Zeitaufwand der Vorbereitung und des Briefings. Es handelt sich um eine einmalige Durchführung.
Qualifikationen:
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit
• Verfügbarkeit und grundlegende Kenntnisse in Excel zur Bewertung und
Ergebnisübersendung
• Ggf. erste Erfahrungen als Mystery Tester (m/w/d)
