„Bei meinem Einsatz im Manufactum habe ich „Birds“ verköstigen lassen und verkauft. Es war dabei wichtig, offen auf die Kunden zuzugehen und sie anzusprechen und bei Interesse Informationen zum Produkt zu geben. Zunächst habe ich die Spirituose als solche, pur, verköstigen lassen. Wenn Kunden sich näher für andere Möglichkeiten, Birds zu trinken, interessiert haben, habe ich auf Wunsch auch „Birds&Tonic“ oder „German Mule“ in kleinen Probiergläsern vorbereitet.
Es hat mir viel Spaß gemacht im Manufaktum zu arbeiten, alles in allem ein schöner Einsatz! “
