„Ich war bei diesem Einsatz während der gesamten Messe für die Küche zuständig. Das heißt, ich bereitete das Frühstück vor, indem ich Croissants und Brötchen im Ofen backte, Obstsalat zubereitete und in Gläsern angerichtet habe. Außerdem servierte ich das Mittagessen und stellte die Desserts für den Abend bereit.
Ich nahm dazu die Bestellungen für das Mittagessen von den Kellnern entgegen und sie brachten es zu den Gästen. Des Weiteren musste ich dafür sorgen, dass die Küche sauber blieb, manchmal musste ich mit einer Spülmaschine das Geschirr säubern.
