„Ich habe eigenständig das Cafe/Bistro betreut. Zu meinen Aufgabenbereichen gehörten das Zubereiten aller gängiger Kaffeespezialitäten inkl. Milch aufschäume und das Ausgeben von Essensartikeln (belegte Brötchen, Wraps, Bagels, Salate, Kuchen und andere Gebäcke und Kleinigkeiten), auf Wunsch wurden diese auf einem Grill erwärmt. Dazu kamen noch Abkassieren, Kassenabschluss & Inventur, sowie fortlaufendes Spülen & abschlißende Reinigung des Verkaufsraums. Je nach Bedarf half ich oben im Restaurant mit, habe Tische eingedeckt, abgeräumt, Getränke & Besteck nachgefüllt etc.“
