„Ich wurde von für HolidayInn express für den Frühstücksservice gebucht. Hier bestand meine Aufgabe darin, das Buffet stets ansprechend und aufgefüllt zu halten. Außerdem war ich für die Spülküche und die Endreinigung der Küche mit zuständig.
Gebucht wurde ich für Freitag, wurde aber spontan gefragt, ob ich auch für Samstag und Sonntag noch Zeit hätte. Somit war ich dann 3 Tage für das Hotel tätig. “

„Das erste Mal hatte ich die Gelegenheit, mich als Rezeptionistin im Holiday Inn Express Freiburg zu versuchen. Ich habe 9 volle Arbeitstage von 14:30 bis 23:00 gearbeitet. In dieser Zeit lernte ich, wie man mit dem Amadeus-Programm arbeitet, wie man Dokumente bei der Registrierung eines Gastes korrekt ausfüllt, ein Zimmer bezahlt, die während des Tages erledigte Kasse zählt und dokumentiert, verlorene und gefundene Dinge von Gästen dokumentiert, mit Gästen kommuniziert und ihnen hilft. Außerdem arbeitete ich von Zeit zu Zeit an der Bar und betreute Kunden als Barkeeper.

„Ich habe im Front und auch im Back Office der Rezeption gearbeitet und kenne mich jetzt sehr gut mit dem System im Holiday Inn Express aus. Ich habe viel Kundenkontakt gehabt und habe mich stets um die Kundenbedürfnisse gekümmert. Außerdem musste ich auch mal alles alleine meistern, da Kollegen ausgefallen sind, wobei ich viel Erfahrung sammeln konnte. Außerdem habe ich auch die Gäste and der Bar bedient.“

„Ich habe das Team des Holiday Inn Express am Frühstücksbuffet unterstützt. Dabei habe ich Hotelgäste bedient, Geschirr und Besteck von Tischen abgeräumt sowie anschließend die Tische neu eingedeckt. Außerdem habe ich das Buffet immer aufgefüllt, wenn dies nötig war, und habe die Geschirrspülmaschine bedient und das Geschirr und Besteck abgetrocknet. Darüber hinaus nahm ich Bestellungen an und habe beim Einräumen des Lagers geholfen.“
