Wir benötigen Servicekräfte (m/w/d), die uns abends an der Bar und der Rezeption unterstützen.
- Aktive Betreuung der Bar- Bedienung der Gäste, Zubereitung von Getränken und Snacks, Kassenkontrolle und Reinigungsarbeiten
- Du nimmst die Gäste mit einem Lächeln in Empfang und bist ab diesem Moment die gute Seele im Hintergrund, die gut berät und für eine rundum gute Zeit sorgt.
- Unterstützung des Front Office Teams bei allen administrativen und operativen Aufgaben
Was Du mitbringen solltest:
- Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild sowie ein zuvorkommendes und sicheres Auftreten sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Die Wünsche unserer Gäste stehen für dich an erster Stelle. Du bist Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft und hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen aus den unterschiedlichen Kulturen.
- Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kunden, gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Fähigkeit zum Multitasking
- Freies Sprechen in Deutsch und idealerweise auf Englisch
- Korrekte Umgangsformen (schriftlich und mündlich) mit internen und externen Gästen.
- Stehvermögen bis zu 4 Stunden
