„Ich habe 7 Tage auf der EMO Messe in Hannover für die GEFA Bank im Bereich Service gearbeitet. Da waren wir für die Catering zuständig. Zu unseren Aufgaben gehörten : Essen und Getränke ( Bier/Sekt) zu servieren, Bockwurst zu kochen und Kaffee zu machen. Wir mussten uns auch um die Nachbestellungen für den nächsten Tage kümmern und auch den Kühlschrank auftanken.“

„Ich war als Servicekraft am Stand der GEFA Bank angestellt und bediente sowohl die Mitarbeiter/innen als auch deren Kundschaft während der Messe. Zu Beginn jeden Tages war ich die Erste am Stand, die diesen für den Tag herrichtete und die Kaffeemaschine in Betrieb nahm, sowie die gelieferten Speisen und Getränke verstaute. Über den Tag hinweg bediente ich die Anwesenden am Stand mit verschiedenen Sorten Kaffee (Café Creme, Latte Macchiato, Espresso, Cappuccino, Milchcafé usw.), Sandwiches und Finger Food. Außerdem war ich für das Waschen und Abspülen des Geschirrs und der Gläser zuständig. Am Abend habe ich stets den Stand aufgeräumt und die Kaffeemaschine gereinigt sowie Namensschilder der Mitarbeiter/innen für den kommenden Tag vorbereitet.“
