Promoter/in (m/w/d) – Osteraktion im Elbe Einkaufszentrum
Wir suchen motivierte Promoter/innen (m/w/d), die uns bei der Osteraktion im Elbe Einkaufszentrum unterstützen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Aktive Ansprache von Besucher/innen und Motivation zur Teilnahme an der Aktion
- Betreuung der Buzzer-Station, Gewinn- und Bastelaktionen sowie Unterstützung beim Verkauf von Lindt-Produkten
- Moderation kleiner Programmpunkte (z. B. stündliche Verlosungen) und Animation des Publikums
- Aktive Moderation und Bewerbung der stündlichen Verlosung sowie gezielte Ansprache von Besucher/innen zur Belebung der Aktionsfläche, insbesondere bei geringer Centerfrequenz
- Animation der Besucher am Selfie-Point und Einbindung in die Social-Media-Aktion
- Moderation kleiner Programmpunkte (z. B. stündliche Verlosungen) und Animation des Publikums
- Allgemeine Unterstützung der Projektleitung (Ordnung & Ablauf auf der Fläche)
Dein Profil
- Du bist offen, kommunikativ und gehst aktiv auf Menschen zu
- Keine Scheu vor direkter Besucheransprache oder Auftritten vor Publikum
- Freude daran, Menschen zu animieren und Aktionen zu moderieren
- Zuverlässig, teamfähig und flexibel einsetzbar
- Erfahrungen in Promotion, Verkauf oder Event sind ein Plus, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

- Du erhältst von uns ein T-Shirt mit Aktionsbranding
- Dazu bitte dunkle Jeans und saubere Schuhe tragen
