I was responsible for the actual exam administration sessions, meaning distributing, collecting and ensuring overall security of all assessment materials, informing participants of procedures for the assessment session and being present at all times during supervision so that the exam is conducted in a quiet and efficient manner.“
„I was a section proctor so my job consisted of receiving the candidates and checking them in before starting the exam. Together with my section partner, we would have to check the passports, make sure that the picture belonged to the person taking the exam, check if the information on the passport was the same as the one in their admission tickets and ensuring they hadn't any prohibited items. After all the candidates were situated in their respective places, we would distribute the exam booklets and after the announcements, the test would start. During the test we overviewed the candidates, making sure they didn't cheat and that the exam developed without any inconvenience. After the exam, we collected the booklet and answer sheets, inspected them and make sure there were as many booklets and answer sheets as candidates sitting in our section. Later, we would proceed to give the material back to the book room.“
