„Ich habe Pommes in einem Foodtruck mit 2 anderen Mitarbeitern der Firma Minga auf der Galopprennbahn in Riem gearbeitet. Meine Hauptaufgabe war, die Bestellungen aufzunehmen und zu kassieren. Nichtsdestotrotz habe ich auch gerne mitgeholfen, wenn es nötig war. Problematisch war die Tatsache, dass wir keine Pause machen konnten, da die Schlange zu dem Pommes-Foodtruck 500 Meter lang war. Deswegen haben wir ohne Pause gearbeitet. Danach wie am Anfang wurde abgebaut und sauber gemacht. Die Firma Minga hätte sich etwas besser organisieren können (es fehlten uns Mitarbeiter sehr viele Infos, die bei der Kasse wichtig waren). Aber die Abrechnung war bei mir sogar am Abend positiv, also sehr gute Leistung von mir.“
