„Ich habe als Promoterin einen Tag lang im O2 Store in der Sendlinger Tor U-Bahn Passage gearbeitet. Meine Aufgabe bestand darin, Passanten dazu zu animieren, am Glücksrad im Eingangsbereich des Ladens teilzunehmen. Die meisten Gewinne waren kleine Süßigkeiten oder ein 50%-Rabatt auf den nächsten O2-Handyvertrag. Einige Teilnehmer ließen sich zu einer Beratung oder sogar zum Abschluss eines Vertrags bewegen.
Eine Herausforderung bestand darin, den Passanten zu erklären, dass sie nur einen Versuch hatten und das Glücksrad am besten nutzen sollten, wenn sie wirklich Interesse an O2 hatten. Trotz dieser Hürde war es eine interessante Erfahrung, die Interaktion mit den Kunden hat mir Spaß gemacht, und ich konnte wertvolle Einblicke in den Bereich der Kundenakquise und -bindung gewinnen.“
