„Ich habe am Neumarkt in Köln Glühtee verkauft. Dabei hatte ich viel Kunden Kontakt, es ging sehr darum dem Kunden das Produkt erstmal näher zu bringen und zu erklären wodrum es sich handelt. Danach hat man dem Kunden eine Probieren angeboten um eine geschmackliche Idee zu geben. Anschliessend ging es dann noch darum mögliche Einsatzfelder von Glühtee zu beschreiben und zum Kauf zu ermutigen und schlussendlich den Kauf abzuwickeln.“
