„Meine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, Tickets für eine Rundfahrt mit dem Schiff zu verkaufen und die Zahlungen zu bearbeiten. Dabei mussten die Transaktionen korrekt erfasst werden. Außerdem war ich die erste Ansprechpartnerin für die Kunden und beantworten Fragen zu den verfügbaren Dienstleistungen. Selbstverständlich war ich auch für die Sicherheit der Kasse verantwortlich. Ich musste sicherstellen, dass das Geld sicher aufbewahrt wird und keine Unregelmäßigkeiten auftreten.“
