„Bei diesem Einsatz habe ich vor allem in der Küche gearbeitet. Wir haben verschiedenste Getränke ausgeschenkt und außerdem einige Speisen zubereitet, zum Beispiel Salate, Wurst- und Käseplatten, Obstsalate... außerdem musste immer wieder darauf geachtet werden, dass die Spülmaschine ausgeräumt wird und kein dreckiges Geschirr rumsteht. “
