„Über den ganzen Tag erhielt ich in die verschiedensten Tätigkeiten Einblicke.
Es mussten anfangs die Tische im Außenbereich gesäubert und anschließend der Sektempfang vorbereitet, dabei konnte man an der Bar aushelfen und Service machen. Richtung Abend durften wir weitere Aperitifs zubereiten, welches auch sehr interessant war und ich durfte sogar die Hochzeitstorte schneiden.
Als das Abendessen anstand, haben wir uns abgewechselt und ich habe im Service geholfen, durfte aber auch in der Küche zuschauen und dort bei der Anrichtung der Gerichte helfen.
Insgesamt war es ein schöner, vielfältiger und interessanter Tag mit viel Abwechslung. “
