„Ich habe auf der Panorame Messe in Berlin vom 06.07-09.07 für die SWH Software GmbH gearbeitet.
Meine Aufgabe bestand darin, für jeden Aussteller einer mir zugeteilten Halle mit rfid-Scannern auszustatten und auf ihre Funktionsfähigkeit zu überprüfen.
Das Arbeiten auf der Modemesse hat mir sehr viele Spaß gemacht. Ich habe gelernt schnell, zuverlässig und den verschiedensten Kunden aus aller Welt zu arbeiten. Ich nehme mit, dass ein sympathischen Lächeln und absolute Freundlichkeit Kunden gegenüber das allerwichtigste ist.“

„Für die Modemesse Panorama im ICC Berlin bin ich vom 19. bis 21.1.2015 in der Frühschicht (6-12 Uhr) tätig gewesen. Im Marc Cain - Outfit sind wir für die reibungslose Nutzung der neuen Kunden - Scanner mit der RFID Technologie verantwortlich gewesen. Dies beinhaltete das pünktliche morgendliche Verteilen der geladenen Scanner für jeden Aussteller und die Kontrolle der Datensäulen im angegebenen Bereich für jeden Aussteller. Wir waren verpflichtet alle Problematiken und Wünsche der Kunden zu erfassen und selbstverständlich schnelle Lösungsansätze für die vom Kunden bezahlte Dienstleistung im Team zu finden und umzusetzen. Teamwork ist eine klare Voraussetzung bei diesen 3 Schichtenwechsel gewesen. Trotz der leicht schwierigen Einführung der neuen und für manche nicht leicht verständlichen Technologie, war eine positive und verständnisvolle Ausstrahlung auf den Kontrollzügen durch die Hallen Pflicht, und ich war gerne immer als Ansprechperson für unsere Aussteller erreichbar gewesen.“
