In einer FIliale des LEH wird ein Handscanner eingeführt, über den der Kunde seine Produkte selber erfasst. An der Kasse muss er dann nur noch seinen Einkauf bezahlen. Dies geht sowohl an den Selbstzahlerkassen wie auch an den normalen Kassen. Die Handhabung und Vorteile, die der Kunde dadurch hat, muss den Kunden erklärt werden und da kommst du ins Spiel.
